Clinical Manager RN, Prosper Urgent Care

Location: Prosper Urgent Care Center Department: Prosper UCC Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary The Clinical Manager, RN (PN) provides front‑line supervision for licensed and unlicensed personnel while coordinating the daily clinical operations of Cook Children’s Pediatric Specialty clinics or Urgent Care Centers. Operating in a collaborative practice with physicians and nurse practitioners, this role ensures the delivery of comprehensive ambulatory nursing care, including patient assessment, intervention, and health education. The Manager maintains a significant clinical presence by spending 75% of their designated shift on the floor, ensuring all duties are performed in strict accordance with established policies and procedures. Reporting through a dual clinical and administrative structure, this leader serves as a vital link between the medical providers and executive operations, facilitating seamless communication and clinical compliance across the pediatric specialty and urgent care network. Qualifications 2+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience. Bachelor's in Nursing. Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS.
