Job Title: Front of House Team Member — Charleston Location Pay: $13–$16/hour, depending on experience, plus tips Job Type: Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week Location: Le Thai — Charleston, Las Vegas, NV About Us Le Thai is a Las Vegas favorite serving bold, modern Thai food in a fast-paced, high-energy dining room. This position is available only at our Charleston location. We're a tight-knit team that moves fast, backs each other up, and takes pride in caring for every guest who walks in. The Schedule Part-time, roughly 15–20 hours per week across 2–4 shifts. Nights and weekends are required. What You'll Do Expo – check plates for accuracy and presentation, keep tickets moving, communicate clearly with the kitchen Cashier – handle POS transactions, take to-go and phone orders, close out tabs accurately Host – greet guests, manage the waitlist and seating flow, set the tone for the visit Food Runner – deliver hot food promptly, know the menu and modifications, pre-bus and reset tables Barback – stock ice, glassware, garnishes, and product; keep the bar clean and the bartenders ahead of the rush What We're Looking For Minimum 6 months of restaurant experience (any FOH role) Available nights and weekends — this is a requirement, not a preference Able to stay calm, organized, and friendly during a busy rush Strong communicator who works well with both kitchen and bar Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must be 21+ for barbacking shifts Valid Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card, or willing to obtain before your first shift Why Work Here Tips on top of hourly pay Cross-training that makes you more valuable and more scheduled Shift meals Real growth opportunity — we promote from within across both locations Flexible scheduling through Homebase #J-18808-Ljbffr
