Laborist Position Highlights
o True Laborist position with no clinic responsibilities
o 6 shifts per month for 1.0 FTE
o 7a - 7a in-house call shifts (24 hrs)
o Average of 3-4 deliveries per shift
o Delivering patients at 23 weeks and up
o Option for surgical assist opportunities to maintain GYN skills

o Excellent relationships with GYN Oncology, Urogynecology, MFM, and Infertility physicians in the community
o Great peer-to-peer support
o EPIC EMR
o Opportunity to teach medical students

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Unrestricted Washington State Medical License, or the ability to obtain prior to start
• Current DEA certificate required prior to start date

Preferred Qualifications:

• Training or experience with EPIC EMR
• Previous laborist experience

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $291,500 - $501,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
