We often have multiple openings in the same market.Give us a call opt 1\n \n \n Job Details:\n \n \n Shift: 8H Days\n Total Weekly Hours: 40\n Certifications: ACLS, BLS\n Trauma Level:\n Facility Specific Job Notes:\n \n **Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for required (preferred to be within one location but not required) - Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission - BLS and ACLS certifications required - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for required **Preferred Experience:** - 18 months of experience preferred to be within one location, but not required **Additional Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only **Assessments:** - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. Note: Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine-Free Facility Requirements temporarily.
