WelderWe are seeking an experienced welder to join a leading industrial manufacturing team. This position is responsible for welding and fabricating large, complex components used in industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint-reading skills, attention to detail, and experience working with multiple welding processes.ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and/or pulse welding on carbon steel and other metals.Weld and fabricate large industrial components and equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.Set up welding machines and select the appropriate settings for each application.Perform fit-up, tack welding, and final welding according to specifications.Use hand tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment.Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and proper penetration.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.Work closely with fitters, fabricators, assemblers, and other production team members.QualificationsPrevious welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.Strong understanding of welding processes and equipment.Experience welding carbon steel and heavy-gauge materials is preferred.Ability to perform quality welds while maintaining production requirements.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Position DetailsDirect hire1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PMIndustrial manufacturing environmentOpportunity to work on large-scale, complex equipment and fabrication projects
