Leading paid search strategy and execution for multiple complex client programs, the full-time Senior SEM Manager will oversee campaign planning, optimization, and team development while working remotely in EST hours. Key responsibilities Lead SEM strategy and execution across client accounts, focusing on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Translate client business goals into paid search strategies, campaign plans, and measurable KPIs Manage SEM budgets, ensuring performance against CPA, ROAS, and other efficiency targets Required qualifications 5+ years of SEM/paid search experience, particularly with complex campaigns and multiple clients Demonstrated B2B SEM experience with a strong understanding of longer sales cycles and revenue outcomes Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including campaign structure and optimization Experience managing paid search budgets and making data-driven allocation recommendations Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
