Our client is a rapidly growing wealth management firm located in the Greater Dallas, TX area. They are seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to join their team.

What You Can Expect

• $85,000 Year 1 base salary + commission
• $165,000-$200,000 expected Year 1 compensation
• Uncapped compensation

What You'll Do

As a Financial Advisor, you'll own the client relationship from the initial conversation through ongoing planning and advice:

• Lead discovery conversations to understand each client's goals, values, priorities, and financial challenges
• Develop comprehensive strategies across investments, retirement, insurance, tax, and estate planning
• Guide clients through important financial decisions with clarity and confidence
• Grow your business through qualified opportunities provided by Peak, referrals, and proactive relationship development

Your Background

• 2+ years of success in financial services, consultative sales, or another high-performance relationship-driven environment
• A proven track record of developing new business or growing client relationships
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting in person, virtually, and over the phone
• The ability to navigate sophisticated financial conversations with professionalism and good judgment
• Comfort using technology, including CRMs, Microsoft Office, and financial planning tools such as eMoney
• Series 65 or 66
• Life & Health license, or the ability to obtain it within 60 days
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
