Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring Manufacturing Workers for a large, well-known client in Defiance, OH. If you're looking for steady work, $17/hr pay, benefits, and the opportunity to get hired on permanently, this could be a great opportunity for you!

As a Manufacturing Worker, you will play an important role in daily production operations by helping assemble, package, inspect, and prepare quality products for delivery to the end customer.

Available shifts include:

• Day Shift: 6am - 6pm
• Night Shift: 6pm - 6am

What You'll Do:

• Pick, pull, and prepare orders while keeping the shipping and receiving area organized.
• Perform basic assembly, machine operation, and material handling.
• Use an RF Scanner to track and process materials.
• Perform pre-assembly setup and functions as needed.
• Inspect and pack products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Stack, pack, count, and label completed parts for distribution.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Report unsafe working conditions and follow all safety procedures.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
