Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $296,400 to $328,320 annually (based on FTE) + bonus incentives
• Additional Pay: $190/hour for extra clinical hours

What You’ll Do

• Provide 24-hour in-house obstetric hospitalist coverage at a busy, high-acuity hospital
• Manage OB triage for unassigned patients and referrals
• Respond to and coordinate maternal-fetal transports (~5-6/month)
• Assist in cesarean sections (average 0-3 per month)
• Conduct inpatient postpartum and antepartum rounds
• Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists on shared patient care
• Evaluate gynecologic emergencies in the ED
• Support a multidisciplinary team in a Level III NICU with dedicated neonatal, anesthesiology, and pediatric coverage

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB-GYN
• California medical license or eligibility
• Residency training in obstetrics and gynecology

Preferred:

• Experience in high-volume obstetric environments
• Skills in emergency obstetrics and gynecologic evaluations
