What You’ll Do: Provide inpatient obstetric care to unassigned, private, and OBHG patients within the hospital's labor and delivery units. Support Level III NICU care in collaboration with neonatal specialists. Manage emergent GYN cases as required. Collaborate with anesthesia team available 24/7 to ensure patient safety. Participate in the pseudo laborist model for unassigned patients. Engage with residents from local family medicine programs rotating through OB units. Provide emergent and routine obstetric and gynecological services. Communicate effectively with community providers for backup support during emergencies. What You Need: Active medical license in California. Board Certified or eligible in OB/GYN. Prior hospitalist or OB delivery experience preferred. Comfortable managing emergent GYN procedures and labor care. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
