In this role, you will play a vital part in our production and cleaning processes, ensuring the quality and safety of our products while maintaining a clean and efficient working environment Responsibilities:Operate production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs)Assist in the manufacturing of infused cannabis products, including gummies, chocolates, pre-rolls, concentrates, and vape cartsPerform cleaning and sanitation tasks to uphold a hygienic manufacturing facilityAdhere to safety protocols and compliance regulationsCollaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold quality standardsAssist in inventory management and organization of production materialsParticipate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to cannabis manufacturingQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferredKnowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements in Massachusetts is advantageousAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute repetitive tasks with precisionExcellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetWillingness to adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocolsCapable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periodsBenefits:Competitive payPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentSupportive and inclusive work environmentPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear.
