We are looking for a qualified Dental Hygienist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventative dental care, including cleaning and polishing teeth, educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, and performing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a passion for providing quality dental care

Pay

$55~$80 per hour

Salary Details
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth whitening, fluoride treatments, and cosmetic treatment recommedation.

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Infection Control License
• Licensed dental hygienist
• Other Dental Software

Active WA State RDH License
CPR & AED Certification
Knowledge of infection control protocols
Strong communication & patient education skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Description

Provide preventive dental care, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and plaque control techniques.
Assess the patients oral health condition and document findings.
Perform diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, to assess dental health.
Administer local anesthetics to reduce pain during treatment.
Provide periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planing.
Perform restorative procedures, such as placing fillings and fabricating crowns.

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4 pm
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
- Prefered Tuesday and Thursday, but can be flexible
