Outside Sales Representative – B2B Staffing Sales

Orange Staffing | Atlanta, GA

$55,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Up to $250/Week Gas Reimbursement

Orange Staffing is expanding across Metro Atlanta and looking for a  high-energy Outside Sales Representative who knows how to hunt for new business, get in front of decision-makers, and close.

This is not an order-taking sales position.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable  cold calling, prospecting in person, walking into businesses, building relationships, presenting solutions, following up relentlessly, and turning opportunities into signed accounts.

What You’ll Sell

Orange Staffing provides  staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions to businesses throughout Metro Atlanta.

You’ll work directly with business owners, General Managers, HR leaders, Operations Managers, and other decision-makers to identify staffing needs and develop new client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop new B2B accounts throughout Metro Atlanta
• Build your own pipeline through cold calling, email, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and in-person prospecting
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers
• Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations
• Understand each prospect’s staffing challenges and present the right workforce solution
• Prepare proposals and negotiate business terms
• Manage the sales process from first contact through signed agreement and account activation
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
• Meet established weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity in our CRM
• Work closely with Recruiting and Operations to successfully launch new accounts
• Continue prospecting and developing new business after each successful close

• Are comfortable making cold calls and walking into businesses you've never visited before
• Don't get discouraged by hearing "no"
• Know how to follow up without being reminded
• Are confident speaking with owners, executives, General Managers, and HR professionals
• Can build relationships while still asking for the business
• Are competitive, organized, accountable, and goal-oriented
• Want your income to increase when your production increases

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales, outside sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, hospitality sales, or related experience
• Staffing industry experience is preferred but  not required
• Strong prospecting and closing ability
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently manage a sales territory and pipeline
• Comfortable working with CRM and sales technology
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel throughout Metro Atlanta daily
• Ability to work additional hours when business needs require

Compensation

$55,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Our commission structure rewards you based on the  size of each new account you successfully open.

New-account commissions begin when an account opens with a minimum of 3 permanent assigned employees and increase as the opening size of the account increases.

There is no general cap on qualifying commissions.

Additional Compensation

Up to $250 per week gas reimbursement

That's up to approximately $13,000 per year in eligible gas reimbursement in addition to salary and commissions.

Six-Figure Earning Potential

A strong Sales Representative who consistently opens new accounts can build  six-figure total compensation potential under our commission structure.

After the initial 30-day prospecting and ramp-up period, the performance target is approximately:

1 New Account Per Week

Territory: Metro Atlanta, GA

This is an  outside sales position requiring regular travel throughout the Atlanta market.
