Home Health Aide

RM Management is looking for dependable and flexible Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our on-call team. This position is ideal for HHAs who value work-life balance while enjoying the flexibility of a rotating schedule.

Essential Functions (Including but not limited to the following)

The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the client's physical and emotional well-being for those clients living at RM Management. This position assists clients with tasks of daily living as indicated on the Service Agreement, the Medication Administration Record (MAR), and other services as delegated by the RN.
Schedule & Availability

• Work one full week , followed by one full week off
• During your on-call week, be prepared to accept assignments as needed
• Must be flexible and available to work Days, Evenings, and NOCs (overnights)
• Ability to respond to schedule changes and staffing needs is essential
• Your scheduled week off provides predictable time for personal and family planning
• Want to work extra hours? You're welcome to pick up additional shifts during your off week!

Required Qualifications

• High School education and CNA/NAR or H.H.A. Certificate preferred.
• Understand and adhere to the Vulnerable Adult and abuse policy, Bill of Rights and HIPPA.
• Complete a minimum of eight (8) hours of documented training.
• High level of independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift/carry objects weighing up to approximately 30 lbs. or more.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Excellent listening and response skills in communicating with the client community.
• Keeps all client/personnel information confidential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in working with older adults.
• Understanding of standard precautions used for infection control.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and documentation including medical terminology in English.
