Associate Attorney

C. is a growing, full-service law firm located in Independence, Iowa. Our team includes four attorneys and 19 strong support staff, and we are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our practice. We serve clients across a broad range of areas including real estate, probate and estate administration, business law, estate planning, litigation, and family law. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys while developing an independent caseload. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney who values hands-on experience, client interaction, and long-term professional growth.
- Estate planning
- Litigation and family law matters
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents
- Maintain accurate and timely case management and billing records
- from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Prior legal experience preferred, but not required
