We are currently seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Nurse LPN to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engaging with clients dealing with substance use and mental health issues, along with specialized skills in wound care.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide compassionate and evidence-based nursing care to clients within a behavioral health setting.

- Perform wound care procedures with precision and expertise.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Engage and support clients in their recovery journey, fostering a therapeutic and empowering environment.

- Maintain accurate documentation of client assessments, interventions, and progress notes.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

- Previous experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.

- Proficiency in wound care techniques and procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Compassionate and nonjudgmental attitude towards individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.
