Dental Front Desk Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and team-oriented Front Desk / Hygiene Assistant to join our dental office. This position is perfect for someone who is comfortable helping both administratively and clinically while providing excellent patient care. We are a well-established practice that aims to provide the highest quality dentistry in a safe, caring, and relaxing environment which builds lifelong relationships with our community, patients, and staff. Requirements Minimum 3+ years experience required Full-time position Full benefits package available Responsibilities Support front desk team with daily patient communication and schedule management. Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm visits, check patients in and out, collect payments, update patient information, assist with insurance details, and follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment or pending appointments. Support the hygiene department by helping prepare rooms, seating patients on time, turning over operatories, sterilizing instruments, stocking supplies, assisting with chart preparation, supporting X-rays when applicable, and helping maintain a smooth flow between hygienist, doctor, and front office team.
