Key Responsibilities for the Controller: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including financial statement preparation and reporting. Oversee multi-entity accounting operations, reconciliations, treasury activities, and lender reporting. Administer and optimize accounting systems, including Sage Intacct, APX, Ramp, and related integrations. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit support activities. Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team while supporting process improvements and operational efficiency. Qualifications for the Controller: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a nice plus. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities. Strong background in financial reporting, month-end close, treasury management, and multi-entity accounting.
