Quality Control Inspector

In addition to CMM it is helpful to have a working knowledge of:Vernier, dial & digital calipersSurface platesGage blocks & length standardsBore gages (all types)Tube, blade, groove and depth micrometersThread plug gages, ring gagesHeight gagesRadius gagesConduct Deburr ChecksMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.1-3 years of experience with quality assurance, mechanical inspection or machining experience from a precision manufacturing environment.Understanding of PCDMIS solid model use and inspectionPreferred Qualifications:Proficient Geometry and Trigonometry skills.GD&T understanding (ASME Y 14.5)Summary Pay Range:$24.00 - $36.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
