Local Routes
Base Pay - One-Way Minimums
Local drivers pick up at the ports in Charleston and deliver most loads to warehouse facilities in the area. Run multiple loads per day, home daily.

Annual merit-based pay increases based on performance, safety, and tenure
Holiday, Vacation & Sick Pay
$50 Safety Meeting Bonus per Quarter
$1,000 Referral Bonus
Up to $300 Clean Inspection Bonus (dependent on level)
$25 Random Drug Screen

Minimum Requirements

Must have valid Class A CDL
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have 2 years of verifiable tractor trailer experience within the past 3 years
No major MVR violations within the last 36 months
Must have TWIC card prior to orientation - Port experience preferred, but not required
Must obtain Hazmat endorsement within first six months of employment
