A top General Contractor is seeking a Director of Preconstruction. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who wants to build out a department and be an intricate part of a company's success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Oversee project teams to ensure successful execution and completion of preconstruction process.
* Plan and lead preconstruction strategies.
* Develop and implement preconstruction products, systems, and procedures.
* Align the team with changes in market conditions and workload
* Participate in all key meetings.
* Foster client relationships
Qualifications:

* 10+ years leading an estimating department.
* 10+ years of estimating/construction experience
* Proven leadership skills
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
Compensation/Benefits:

* Base Salary $150-$175K+ (depending on experience)
