We buy ingredients to make our products, design capabilities and equipment, create and package food, and distribute our products.What Will I Do?As a Supply Chain Logistics Associate (SCLA), you will be immediately challenged with functional, broadening, and leadership experiences at a manufacturing location to prepare you for positions of greater responsibility in our Planning, Logistics Operations, and Customer Fulfillment (PLCF) organization at our world headquarters in Minneapolis or in one of our manufacturing plant locations nationwide. You'll make an impact by:Managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain network, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operationsPlanning production schedules to meet business requirements and key events while maximizing production efficienciesManaging people in manufacturing and warehouse operationsLeading complex projects while leveraging General Mills project management processes and standardsWhere Will I Work?You will be placed at one of our manufacturing plant locations nationwide.Is This You?Minimum Qualifications:Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations ManagementGraduating in Spring 2027Preferred Qualifications:Strong academic recordStrong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skillsDemonstrated understanding of supply chain principles and experience in process improvement initiativesHungry For What's Next?Start Date of Summer 2027Relocation assistance (if eligible)The base salary for this position is $72,000.
