CTR Group is seeking a Project Manager for a Water & Fire Restoration Company in the Chesapeake, VA area.
Salary Range: $65K - $70K and Excellent Benefits
CTR Group is seeking a Restoration Project Manager.
Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast‐moving restoration or construction environments? We’re looking for a detail‐driven leader to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish — ensuring quality work, strong communication, and full compliance with industry and insurance standards.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, commercial clients, and adjusters
- Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from initiation through completion
- Obtain approvals, signed contracts, and change orders
- Create and manage project budgets to meet company profitability targets
- Coordinate subcontractors and in‐house trades (scheduling, materials, permits, work orders)
- Conduct quality‐control site visits to verify milestones
- Maintain complete documentation across required platforms
- Enter weekly job updates and respond to notes/emails within required timeframes
- Ensure compliance with insurance carrier guidelines and SLA requirements
- Support collections, issue resolution, and team training as needed
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of restoration, construction, or project management experience
- Experience working with insurance carriers or SLA‐driven environments
- Proficiency with restoration software (Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Restore 365, Docusketch)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage budgets, estimates, supplements, and project costs
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
