Entry-Level Real Estate Agent - No Experience Required, High Commission Split

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to develop their real estate business with experienced agents, practical training, and established systems behind them.

You’ll learn how to create new business, connect with potential buyers and sellers, build a pipeline, follow up with prospects, conduct property showings, and move clients from the first conversation through closing.

You’ll also have access to ongoing coaching from agents who are actively producing in today’s market. The goal is to help you develop strong sales habits, improve your client communication, and create the consistency needed to grow your career over time.

A high commission split allows you to keep more of what you produce, while flexible part-time and full-time options give you the ability to build your schedule around your goals.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is willing to learn, communicates well, and is ready to take consistent action toward building a real estate career.

Candidates must already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

• Cultivate relationships with potential buyers and sellers to build a robust client base.
• Conduct property showings, providing clients with insightful information and guidance.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and refine your sales techniques.
• Utilize established systems to manage your pipeline and track client interactions effectively.
• Participate in ongoing coaching sessions to enhance your communication skills and sales strategies.
• Assist clients through the entire buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

• Active real estate license or nearing completion of the licensing process.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and following through on tasks.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively guide clients through the buying or selling process.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals together.
