Job Title Physical Therapist (PT) Location Lufkin, TX / Livingston, TX Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; occasional weekend coverage may be available Key Responsibilities Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments primarily within an inpatient rehabilitation unit Cover mid-level critical care floors, medical-surgical floors, and orthopedic floors as needed Manage a caseload of inpatient rehab patients and complete all required documentation within an 8-hour shift Meet productivity expectations of 22 units per 8-hour workday Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists Transition between two facility locations across the contract period, serving as the sole on-site PT at one location Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas or ability to obtain prior to start Demonstrated experience in acute care settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, medical-surgical, and orthopedic units Ability to work independently as the sole therapist on site when required Strong documentation skills with ability to complete all charting within standard shift hours Proven ability to meet productivity standards in an inpatient environment Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting Comfort and flexibility working across multiple units and facility locations Experience functioning effectively within a team-based therapy department Why Join Us Work alongside an established team of therapists in a well-supported inpatient environment Gain diverse clinical experience across inpatient rehab, orthopedic, and acute care settings within a single contract Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775045.
