Job Summary: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Marquette, Michigan
A Registered Nurse with Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience is needed to provide patient care within a specialty unit environment supporting complex medical and surgical patients. Responsibilities include delivering safe, high-quality care during assigned shifts while collaborating with the care team to manage patient needs. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights (12 shift hours) with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); education: Associate degree (AND); Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience (minimum of 2 years)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) or Neuro Intensive Care Unit (Neuro ICU); familiarity with organ donation workflows; pediatric diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) experience
• Additional Information: Floating to other areas within the unit may be required as assigned on a rotation with travel nurses; no scheduled unit call is required, though additional coverage may be considered if unit census drops
