⭐ Position Summary

Bayer Built Woodworks is seeking a Production Worker to support the manufacturing of interior and exterior doors, millwork, and custom wood components. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly Work — Assemble door components, frames, and millwork using hand and power tools.
• Machine Operation — Operate saws, sanders, routers, and production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Quality Inspection — Inspect parts for defects, correct measurements, and proper fit before moving products down the line.
• Material Handling — Load, stack, and move lumber, doors, and millwork components throughout the facility.
• Production Documentation — Record counts, label products, and follow work orders accurately.
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with other production team members to meet daily output goals.

️ Tools & Equipment Used

• Nail guns, drills, sanders, routers
• Tape measures, calipers, squares
• Automated saws and cutting machines
• Pallet jacks and carts

Work Environment

• Fast‑paced wood manufacturing facility
• Standing, bending, lifting up to 40–50 lbs
• Exposure to wood dust, noise, and repetitive tasks
• Safety gear required (glasses, gloves, hearing protection)

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and follow work instructions
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Belgrade, MN.

The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $58000.00/yr.
