### Join Our Dynamic PCU Team as a Registered Nurse! #### Job Description: - **Position:** Registered Nurse - **Specialty:** PCU (Progressive Care Unit) - **Shift:** Night 4x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00) - **Years of Experience:** 2 years preferred (will consider 1+ years) - **Patient Ratios:** - Days: 1:5 - Nights: 1:5 - Weekends: 1:5 - **Patient Age Groups:** Adults, Geriatrics - **Daily Census:** 38 - **Number of Beds:** 55 #### Essential Qualifications: - **Certifications:** - BLS - ACLS (preferred) - NIHSS (preferred) - **Skills:** - IV therapy/Phlebotomy - Central line care/management - Blood product administration - Chest tubes management (preferred) - Non-invasive airway management - Oxygen administration - Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias #### Experience Highlights: - Strong background in cardiovascular nursing - Proficient in monitoring telemetry, both on the unit and remotely - Knowledge of post cardiac procedures and protocols #### Work Environment: - **Interdisciplinary Support:** Includes Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Social Services, and more - **Unit Details:** 48 hours straight time; rotate weekends as needed #### Additional Information: - **Float Requirement:** Yes - **On Call Requirement:** None - **Orientation Hours:** 24 - **Scrub Color:** Any (no logo) --- ### Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
