Medical Biller – Payor Account Representative Bayview Physicians Group is a growing outpatient multi‑specialty medical group serving the Hampton Roads area. We are seeking a detail‑oriented Medical Biller – Payor Account Representative, who thrives in a team‑focused environment and is committed to providing excellent service to patients and staff. Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule and job duties Responsibilities Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims Resolve unpaid, denied, or rejected claims File appeals and process refunds when appropriate Assist patients with billing and insurance questions Maintain knowledge of insurance policies and billing procedures Work claim edits, validations, and clearinghouse issues Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards Support team workflow and complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications Medical billing certification or minimum 1 year healthcare experience Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment Knowledge of eCW EMR a plus, but willing to train Bayview Physicians Group is proud to foster a positive workplace culture where employees can grow and succeed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bayview Physicians Group
