The 340B Program Manager serves as a key subject-matter expert, partnering cross-functionally with Pharmacy, Finance, and IT to ensure program integrity, optimize performance, and maximize financial impact across the enterprise. Location: Hybrid includes in-office and remote workdays. M-F Eastern Business hours with onsite meetings/audits planned for business needs in Somerville and Boston. Must be flexible.The Pharmacy 340B Program Manager is vital to the team and responsible for managing registration and participation in the 340B Program for all 340B covered entities and ensuring that all use of 340B throughout the organization is fully compliant.
