Overview Looking for Full-Time Clinician to join our Orlando Team. Schedule: Friday - Tuesday, Days Advanced Recovery Systems | The Recovery Village is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to treating addiction, substance abuse and mental health issues. Job Duties Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI) Support discharge planning and continuity of care Requirements Master's Degree At least two (2) years of clinical experience in the mental health field (additional training may substitute for one year) Registered in the state of Florida with one of the following: Preferred Licensure LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) Minimum Credentials RMHCI (Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern) RMFTI (Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern) The Company complies with state and federal nondiscrimination laws and policies that prohibit discrimination based on age, color, disability, national origin, race, religion, or sex.
