Summary
A growing commercial general contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to support a diverse portfolio of healthcare, multifamily, industrial, distribution, and commercial construction projects throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and surrounding region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing a variety of project types rather than being limited to a single market. Projects range from smaller occupied renovations to large industrial expansions and multifamily developments. The company offers a collaborative culture, flexible work environment, and long-term growth with a stable pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Lead project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
Track project costs and maintain financial performance
Conduct regular jobsite visits while maintaining strong client communication
Qualifications
5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor
Experience managing complecx project types
Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor management
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
Able to travel throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and occasional Central New Jersey projects
