The role will focus on client assessments, file reviews, care plans and assisting with hiring and competency checks for field staff. Responsibilities Client assessments, develop care plans, client file review National accounts development and maintenance Infusion services and phlebotomy Assist with RN/LPN hiring Perform supervisory visits Uphold BrightStar behavior standards On‑Call for emergency as needed Benefits Paid Time Off Health Insurance Weekly pay with direct deposit Opportunity for quarterly performance based bonuses Opportunity for advancement Requirements RN with five (5) years clinical experience required with at least 3 of those involving infusion therapy One (1) year of supervisory experience required Two (2) years’ experience in‑home care preferred Must be proficient in IV starts and infusion therapy Advanced Nursing Certifications (CRNI preferred) Current state license to practice in Florida Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program.
