Details About the Job The Hazelwood Center is an Intermediate Care Facility that supports the long‑term care needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities. The Direct Support Professional position is vital to the safety, happiness, and wellbeing of our clients. The support level required will be based on each client’s individual needs. In this role you will provide assistance with basic daily care needs such as bathing, toileting, feeding, dressing, active treatment, and socializing as a part of your regular job duties. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position. Typical work week is 37.5 hours with some opportunity for overtime. Weekend work is required. Employees will work a rotating schedule as needed to provide direct support and supervision of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As this is a residential setting, employees are assigned shifts. Employees must be able to flex hours and work mandatory overtime as needed. Employees must be able to work at least 7.5 hours per day with no restrictions to meet the needs of the facility. We are currently hiring for 1st & 2nd shifts

2. nd - 3:00P - 11:15P
