Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide mobility support, including transferring and ambulation assistance

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)

• Monitor and report changes in client condition to family or supervising staff

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations)

• Accompany clients to appointments or errands if required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred

• CNA, HHA certification, or similar credentials (if required by state)

• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
