Mitigation Technician

We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. Technician whose responsibility will be to eliminate property damage that was caused by water, mold or fire. A person who can serve the customer to remediate the problems that arise with professionalism and attention to detail. Motivated individuals who are willing to learn will have opportunities for career advancement training.

What does a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?

• Serve others within your community in their time of need
• Remove damaged material from the job site.
• Assist the Crew Chief in the remediation process by following his instructions.
• Set up drying equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, Fire Remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/re-installation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Must be punctual and show up on time to work.
• Hours will vary based on the scope of each Job.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule include overnight hours.
• No prior experience required. We will train the right person.
• Willingness to wear PPE for the various jobs.
• Take instructions from the Crew Chief and Project Manager.
• Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines.

Experience and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (GED)
• Must have a drivers license to have adequate transportation to get to work.
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
