What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality Med Surg/Telemetry care in an adaptive acuity setting, including occasional PCU care with a 3:1 patient ratio.
- Manage patients requiring insulin, emolol, and sodium drips, with drip experience as a must.
- Administer and monitor complex medications and IV drips.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Document patient progress and assist in patient assessments.
- Follow all facility protocols and safety guidelines.
What You Need
- Valid VT RN license or multistate license
- Drip experience, specifically with insulin, emolol, and sodium drips
- At least 1 year of Med Surg or Telemetry experience
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
