Job Title: Compliance Auditor (Part 145) Location: Lasham Employment Type: Permanent (Mon-Fri) Benefits 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays Free parking Employee Assistance Programme Excellent paid training and development opportunities Company events and social activities Sick pay Cycle to Work Health Cash Plan Life Insurance About the Role On behalf of our client, a leading UK MRO, we are recruiting for a Compliance Auditor to perform independent compliance audits to support the Compliance Monitoring Plan, as well as assessing and auditing contracting and sub-contracting organisations for suitability to work under the Engineering Management System. Key Responsibilities Perform independent compliance audits to support the Compliance Monitoring Plan. Assess and audit contracting and sub-contracting organisations for suitability to work under the company’s Management System. Support the Compliance Monitoring Manager with compliance matters and regulatory requirements. Investigate and determine root causes of findings issued by customers or authority and prepare reports. Support the Compliance Department Team and Engineering staff with professional advice. Prepare and revise TPMs to ensure compliance with Part 145 and other regulations. Deliver and prepare continuation training to staff as part of the internal program. Qualifications Possess prior experience and knowledge in auditing within a CAA/EASA Part 145 or aviation environment (preferably within the last 3 years). Demonstrate ability to conduct internal and external audits effectively. Communicate confidently and professionally at all levels. Be self‑motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently. Have excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Show strong IT proficiency and ability to adapt to new systems and technologies. Be highly organised, deadline‑oriented, and a reliable team player. Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Be eligible to obtain SC‑level (Security Check) Clearance.
