Clinical Supervisor

Pay or shift range: $75,000 USD to $85,000 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. What You Will Do: Provides direct and clinical supervision to program staff. Assigns Counselor caseloads and provides oversight of said caseloads. Provides oversight of group schedule and psycho-educational groups, when necessary. Attends and facilitates clinical staff meetings and weekly treatment team meetings. Performs assessments and chart reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with DPH standards.
