The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, a keen eye for design, and a deep understanding of current trends in apparel graphics. The Apparel Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating graphic designs for various apparel products, including t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and other garments.Responsibilities:* Create and develop original graphic designs for apparel products that align with brand identity and target audience.* Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive collections.* Create mockups and present design concepts for feedback and approval.* Research current trends in apparel graphics, color palettes, and printing techniques to stay ahead of the curve.* Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and meet quality standards.* Prepare artwork files for printing, including color separations and file formatting.* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.* Keep abreast of industry developments and continuously seek opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge.Requirements:* Degree or 4+ years in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field.* Proven experience as an Apparel Graphic Designer or similar role, within the outdoor industry is a plus.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.* Must be able to work well in a team environment.* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in design execution.* Portfolio showcasing a range of apparel graphic design projects.* Knowledge of printing processes is a plus.* Must understand art placement and sizing.This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creative vision of our brand and make a significant impact on our apparel collections.
