Working closely within the sales team, you will initiate and assist with all customer interactions throughout the sales cycle including telephone sales, in-person appointments, financial interviews, and events.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Assume a leadership role in both pre-and post-reservation sales processes
• Assess customers' needs and make decisions on type and quantity of information to provide
• Meet with prospective residents to evaluate their financial status
• Conduct sales appointments, provide community tours and handle customer follow-up activities
• Promote the community and participate in all marketing events and functions
• Participate in community activities and meetings to enhance the relationship between the sales office and other community departments
• Produce professional written communication to prospects and organizational partners

What You Will Need:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12-18 months) preferred
• Team leader or project leader experience preferred
