AI/ML Engineer
Duration: Long-term until Dec 2027 Location: Sunrise, FL - Onsite in Sunrise, FL 3x per week
AI Engineer Requirements:
- Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines (chunking, retrieval, prompting)
- Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, etc.)
- Experience writing agentic workflows using LangChain and/or LangGraph
- Ability to use models for embeddings, summarization, and basic classification tasks
- Ability to write clean, functional Python code
- Basic understanding of retrieval strategies (chunking, top-k, similarity)
- Comfortable building simple APIs or prototypes (FastAPI preferred)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly
- Basic evaluation/debugging of LLM outputs
- Being able to write Java code is a plus, as this position may require Java coding as well.
