Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Schedule: Hybrid

Duration: 12 months

This is a W-2 contract opportunity, and candidates must be able to work on our W-2 only. NO C2C or 1099.

Our client is seeking a visionary creative leader to join the Talent Acquisition organization as part of the Global Talent Attraction & Marketing (GTAM) team. This role leads the creative vision for the company’s career site, translating the talent brand and Employer Value Proposition (EVP) into compelling, cohesive, and differentiated candidate experiences. The Creative Lead will shape the overall creative direction, storytelling approach, and experience design strategy for the career site, ensuring a consistent and engaging employer brand presence across digital channels while inspiring candidates to explore, engage with, and ultimately join the client company.

Key responsibilities:

Lead complex initiatives and work across functional teams to strategize, plan and ensure execution of a variety of marketing, development strategies and programs with broad impact. Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales and profitability for marketing. Participate and lead complex cross-functional groups to create, edit, and manage digital content for more advanced marketing campaigns, programs or initiatives that enable seamless customer engagement across all digital channels. Make decisions in projecting or forecasting future marketing needs. Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing. Collaborate and consult with cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables. Manage a team or lead virtual cross functional teams.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Required Skills

• Experience developing and leading creative strategy for digital experiences, websites, campaigns, or brand platforms.
• Strong creative direction, visual storytelling, brand development, and content concepting skills.
• Experience translating business objectives, audience insights, and brand strategy into compelling digital experiences and creative frameworks.
• Ability to establish and maintain brand standards, creative guidelines, and experience principles across multiple channels.
• Experience partnering with designers, copywriters, content producers, marketers, agencies, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of candidate, customer, or user experience design principles and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to evaluate and provide constructive creative feedback that elevates the quality and effectiveness of work.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience supporting employer branding, talent attraction, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition initiatives.
• Experience leading creative development for career sites, employer brand platforms, or candidate-facing digital experiences.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, digital design best practices, and content strategy.
• Experience developing integrated creative campaigns across web, social, video, and digital channels.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, candidate journeys, and talent marketing strategies.
• Experience working within a large, matrixed organization and navigating multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing or directing external creative agencies, production vendors, and strategic partners.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and optimization approaches that inform creative decision-making.
