Account Executive – Pathology Lab This role supports our Tissue Diagnostics franchise and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives in targeted accounts across specified territories, primarily medium to large accounts. The candidate will develop customer prospects, build and maintain relationships with decision makers, and conduct value‑quantification presentations. This field‑based position covers the MA, ME, NH & VT territories; relocation benefits are not provided and the employee must live within 50 miles of the territory. Key Roles & Responsibilities Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives by developing new business, growing existing business, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting problems. Generate demand and maximize product awareness by providing education and information to customers. Implement strategic initiatives and plans to facilitate the sales process and improve productivity. Prepare proposals for assigned accounts and present contract proposals to customers, negotiating to maximize business and profitability. Conduct territory planning and routing for efficiency and perform business analysis and planning. Communicate competitive market information internally. Network and interface with internal colleagues to share information, best practices, and remain involved in industry/customer organizations that impact business. Maintain and continuously improve the quality system and achieve quality objectives through daily actions. Who You Are Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Have 3 years of relevant sales or equivalent experience. Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience. Preferred Proven leadership abilities. Negotiation, contracting and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a regulated environment. Strategic planning and organizational skills. Salary & Benefits The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of New Hampshire is $86,700 – $160,900. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
