Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish)
Join the ASAP Personnel Team! ASAP Personnel is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to be the face of our office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist applicants, clients, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking applicants and clients.
- Schedule interviews and appointments.
- Process employment applications and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
- Respond to emails and general office inquiries.
- Support recruiters and management with daily office operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Positive attitude with outstanding customer service skills.
- Previous receptionist or office experience is preferred but not required.
