Join the ASAP Personnel Team! ASAP Personnel is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to be the face of our office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist applicants, clients, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking applicants and clients.
• Schedule interviews and appointments.
• Process employment applications and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
• Respond to emails and general office inquiries.
• Support recruiters and management with daily office operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Positive attitude with outstanding customer service skills.
• Previous receptionist or office experience is preferred but not required.
