This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.

• $18 per hour
• Holiday pay per day: $230
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $75,000

• Detention pay: $22-$28 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $41 per stop
• Live load/unload pay: $58 per stop
• Hazmat loads: $30 per load
• Refrigerated loads: $35 per load
• Daily tenure rate: $3-$36 per day after one year of service
• Office work: $315 per day
• San Diego pay: $20 per stop
• Vendor drop: $20 per drop
• New hire training pay: $22 per hour

• Dwell moves: $20 per move
• Empty moves: $20 per move
• Empty search: $22 per hour
• Grapevine delivery pay: $20 per occurrence
• Mandatory meetings: $28 per hour
• Mechanical breakdown pay: $22 per hour
• Rail delay pay: $22 per hour
• Refused delivery: $41 per occurrence
• Truck order not used: $20 per occurrence
• Waiting on dispatch: $22 per hour
• Waiting on power unit: $22 per hour
• Yard work: $22 per hour
• X pay: $10 flat rate
• Restacking pay: $22 per hour
• Rework pay: $22 per hour
• Compliance: $22 per hour
• Damaged Equipment pay: $20 per move
• Overweight delivery move: $20 per move
• Bobtail events: $20-$61 per occurrence
• Compliance pay: $22 per hour
• Carson/Montebello yard stacking: $41 per occurrence
• Carson/Montebello yard unstacking: $20 per occurrence
• Montebello yard chassis moves: $20 per move
• Daily home time
