Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 2 years of proficient electronic medical records experience
• Experience in orthopedic, neuro, inpatient, and outpatient settings

Assignment Details

• Some weekend coverage required
• Primarily outpatient care with occasional inpatient coverage
