This manufacturing facility is committed to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment. We are seeking a reliable Shift Technician for our second shift to support daily operations, perform routine maintenance, and ensure our production lines stay running efficiently. This role is perfect for a hands-on individual who enjoys mechanical work and thrives in a collaborative team setting.

DAY-TO-DAY:

In this role, you will focus on the immediate health of our production equipment, working under the guidance of our Lead Troubleshooter. Your primary goal is to minimize downtime through quick response and effective repairs. Key responsibilities include:

• Respond to maintenance calls and work orders across the facility to resolve equipment issues promptly.

• Perform mechanical repairs and basic troubleshooting on production machinery.

• Collaborate with machine operators to identify issues and implement immediate fixes.

• Support major repairs and maintenance projects alongside Lead Technicians and project teams.

• Follow preventative maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure long-term equipment reliability.

• Document all work performed, including parts used and any follow-up required for the next shift.

• Maintain a safe work environment by strictly following all plant safety procedures and participating in safety meetings.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience; preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, motors, and drives.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Must be able to work the full second shift schedule, including potential weekend or holiday work as required.

• Ability to work well within a team and take direction from senior technical staff.

• Comfortable working in elevated areas using ladders or scissor lifts.
