Responsibilities involve coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, managing supplies, emergency response, and promoting health. Key Duties Provide prescribed Speech Therapy services. Follow policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Write evaluations outlining needs, goals, and outcomes. Develop and maintain individualized care plans. Coordinate services with healthcare team, families, and discharge planning. Ensure confidentiality and effective communication. Serve as a clinical resource and provide progress reports to physicians. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Unrestricted SLP license in the practice state. Current CPR certification. One year of recent experience preferred.
