Position Must Have
Quality and Testing processes – Expert Manual Testing Expertise – Expert Unit Testing, Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT Test Automation Experience – Expert Frontend Testing (Web) Backend Testing (Rest API) Core Technical Competencies: Salesforce, Backend Testing (API, SQL), Frontend Testing (Web), Node.JS, Automation Framework- Programming Languages (+2): SQL, Java, JavaScript- Tools: Test Case Repository (such as Testrail), JMeter, Postman Agile/Scrum knowledge QA and Testing process – Expert Soft Skills (Team motivation, conflict management, communication skills)
Position Nice to Have
Playwright automation would be a huge benefit to have, but if the candidate has extensive experience coding with Selenium WebDriver, a user should be able to learn Playwright automation using Java and JavaScript. The syntax is similar, but different enough that the tech lead will need to ramp-up his/her skillset through tutorials BEFORE the project started in order to be successful.
